The location of the hotel was also great - it was conveniently close to all the main attractions and activities in the area. Additionally, the cleanliness of the unit was impressive. First, the process of getting the keys was a complete mess. There was a lack of clear communication and it took multiple attempts to finally figure out where to pick them up.
